We cannot thank you enough for fostering one of our amazing dogs.  In order to find these dogs the best possible forever homes, we ask that you fill out this form after you have had the dog for a full week.  
Most dogs are not shelter material, and over a short period of time away from the shelter, in a loving environment, we are able to get a better idea of the dogs true personality.
With the understanding that some dogs have been though unimaginable trauma in their past, one week just may not be enough time for them to become comfortable in their surroundings.  If after you fill this out we feel that the dog has not quite opened up yet, we may ask you to fill this out again in about two more weeks.
